Answers to common questions about Online Banking

  • Transfers between accounts after 8:00pm and on Sundays will not take effect until the following morning - the system will let you know if this is applicable. This also applies to your North Side Federal mortgage or loan payments that you make as a transfer between accounts.
  • Your checking or NOW account history for the previous 3 months is available online. Your savings or loan history is generally available for up to 12 months.
  • Online viewing of your imaged checks is generally available only for the preceding 90 days.
  • Your password expires and requires changing every 90 days.
  • You may change your access id (username or user id) to that of your own choice - you do not need to use your social security number to logon.
  • You may reset your password online after a successful signon. If you forgot your password we will send it to you via your registered e-mail with us.
  • You can receive an e-mail for a variety of alerts - balances, deposits, withdrawals, direct deposits - all tailored to your own needs and targeting different accounts. Online Banking will present you with options - all you need to do is check the boxes and fill in the warning limit$.
